I was introduced to Alex Janssens through English Agents. He speaks perfect English and is very well connected in the general development field. He provides excellent advice on legal matters and Spanish custom and practice, fixtures and fittings finance and all aspects relating to property and general development in Spain.
After staying in some of the usual very high density developments near the coast I opted for a well detached property standing on a decent plot of land. Entre Viñas soon found me an excellent site with the shell of a property on the site.
Once Alex was aware of what I required He gave me a fixed price and undertook the entire Re-Development exercise ensuring we had the necessary approvals and legal title.
He appointed first class local specialist contractors supervised their payment and standard of their workmanship. on my behalf. I merely made three pre-agreed stage payments to Alex who took care of everything else.
The property was completed on time and finished to an excellent standard this not only applied to the house but also the swimming pool and outbuildings. I would be pleased to show you the finished project.
The services offered by Alex Janssens and Entre Viñas makes new build, refurbishment and modernisation of property in Spain worry free and cost effective.
